This is a practice of deepening self awareness.

I utilize different systems, understanding illness and wellness, to create space for my clients to process their inner and outer experiences from a multiplicity of perspectives and thought traditions. I find that this approach allows for an empowered experience of healing across the many layers of self; mental, emotional, energetic, spiritual and physical.
